I started out as a country girl and hated it.

Got married, left the country for the big city.

But your roots always call you home.

This blog is about a girl who never felt at home in the country, ran to the city, only to discover the country was where she probably should have been all along.

Just know...

I have a black thumb.

I don't know the first thing about raising animals.

Or farming.

But I hope to learn.....

(My husband will only take on so many projects that I start then abandon.)
